The customer service at this store is great. If you ask for their help, they will look at what you like in dresses and help you pick something you'll fall in love with and look great in. In addition, they have a price match, so any price that you could find online, etc., they will honor. This has been a lifesaver for me in being able to afford the dress of my dreams! I would highly recommend this store!

We went to the Ches store to get my daughter her prom dress we found the one we loved it was a Jovian and cost 419.00 when i looked at the dress the seam was coming out and threads hanging and beads missing so i asked them to order me another dress. Well that dress came in and it was just as bad. I called and spoke to the owner and explained to him i was paying 419 dollars for this dress i expect it to be worth it and not falling apart. So we took it back and there was another one on the way and he told us we could wait for that one to come in and that all sales were final. Well all these dresses from Jovian were not up to top of line standard. Why would you pay 419 dollars for a dress to be wore 1 time and it be falling apart. The place said that he wanted me to look at the third dress hat came in before she tried it on to see if there was anything wrong with this dress and as soon as i looked at it there were beads and sequence's sew on backwards and hagging off the dress. The All The Rage store in Chesapeake is in no way related to the original All The Rage at Hilltop-East in Virginia Beach. The Chesapeake store was sold to the present owners in July 2005 and operates as a totally independent store. Policies, attitudes and practices differ hugely between the two similarly named stores. The Virginia Beach location has been owned by the same people since 1992 and has a great reputation for selection, service and integrity.
